A research based practical activity for grades 9-12 students foods choices Green Living Association (GLA) organised a research based practical activity ‘Establish your ideal Food Brand’ during Sep-Oct 2016 for the students in grades 9-12 which was focused to bring positive and healthier changes in their and their families lives. After undergoing this practical exercise the participants knwe the benefits of eating real and natural foods to reachout their fullest potential as well as to maintain their health in the future. When we have foods that are organic or grown through sustainable growing methods, we not only increase healthfulness but also decrease our carbon footprint and protect our environment.

brands Essentially, the activity was designed to develop among the young scholars research and practical work approach in helping them to effectively meet the global standards of advanced studies. The activity offered them knowledge about foods, their sources and the factors which make them healthier or hazardous for the users. Moreover, the activity taught them basic research based marketing techniques and above all it offered to each participant a world-class ‘Certificate of Achievement’ mentioning his/ her name, secured marks and obtained grade – as a valuable addition in their academic record.

This research based activity was focused to provide following benefits to the young scholars:
  • To develop research and practical work approach among the young scholars preparing them to effectively meet the global standards of advanced studies.
